Ordering and Shipping


Methods of shipping

Ordered items are shipped via either UPS, FedEx or USPS.  We also use a variety of other major carriers to support our larger deliveries. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are in business days. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping.

Our dealers prefer to quote shipping on items after they know your location. If there are additional shipping costs, a quote will be emailed for your approval typically 24 - 48 hours after you check out.

We know this is unusual, but if shipping is additional, you will have the option to arrange your own shipping, or easily cancel the purchase.

Curbside Shipping: Some oversized items may be too large for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Those items will be shipped to you via Freight Delivery Curbside Drop Service. You will sign for the delivery at the curb. Curbside Delivery can take up to two weeks to arrive once shipped from dealer's warehouse. Items needing Curbside Delivery will be noted in the product description.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without further notice. Delivery, Special Handling and Oversize charges are based on total value of your order and the size, shape or weight of the item(s) being purchased. All orders received over $150.00 will be shipped with a signature requested for delivery.

When shipping orders to Alaska or Hawaii only Standard 5 to 9 Business Day service is available. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via the U.S.P.S. and delivery times will be longer. To inquire about ordering items to ship APO/FPO boxes please call 1-844-462-7248.

If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces requested, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day.

BACKORDERED ITEMS or OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: Sometimes an order that we have placed on your behalf may be backordered or out-of-stock. If your entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled. Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered by the dealer and/or manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations. Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at dealer's and/or manufacturer's warehouse.

Oversize Charges and Shipping Surcharges

A delivery surcharge or oversize charge will be added to certain items due to special handling and shipping requirements (size, weight, etc.). These charges will be noted by the retail price of the item to which they apply.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may not be eligible for Standard Plus shipping. These items include but are not limited to; art, lamps, mirrors, furniture, bean bags, certain accessories, any item with a length, width, height or girth greater than 24” or any item that requires a delivery surcharge. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order. Shipping of some restricted items may cause a delay in the processing of your order.

International Shipping

Arbitrago is capable of fulfilling orders for our International customers. All orders and payment methods will be processed in US Dollars only. You may pay for your order using: International bank debit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.

All International orders are subject to review and acceptance by Arbitrago.

Electrical items such as Lamps may be shipped internationally. Plugging our electrical items in without the proper voltage regulators and adaptors may result in fire or injury. All electrical devices sold by Arbitrago are built for use in the U.S. with a maximum of 100 to 120 volts (unless otherwise noted).

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide.

Who will pay Duties, Taxes and any related charges?

You, the purchaser, will be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country.

Refused Shipments, Delivery Failure
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred) and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.

- You do not respond to contacts by local mail carrier or freight forwarder.

- You refuse delivery of your package for any reason.

- The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your package to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.

- You provided an invalid or incorrect address.

- Your package is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.

- You refuse to pay duties and taxes.

International Shipping Transit Times:

We will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Depending on customs clearance, your items should arrive as the following:

STANDARD SHIPPINGin approximately 8-30 business days.

PRIORITY SHIPPING - in approximately 4-10 business days.

SEA FREIGHT SHIPPING - in approximately 20-30 business days.

TRANSIT TIMES are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are NOT responsible for any delays.

How can I check the status of my International order?

To check the status of your order or to track your package, please log-in onto your Arbitrago account at http://shop.arbitrago.com/account/login.

Who should I contact with questions about my International order?

Can I combine items with my purchase to ship internationally through Arbitrago?

All items available from Arbitrago may be ordered to ship internationally. Please keep in mind that these orders will ship ONLY when ALL items have become available and the order is complete. Direct Ship orders will ship separately to Arbitrago warehouse directly from the vendor.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs from dealers and/or manufacturers to Arbitrago warehouse, the freight forwarder of your choice and then to the address of your choice, as well as all taxes, duties and other costs that may be involved with shipping your purchase within and outside of the United States unless otherwise noted.  Oversize charges will apply where required.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure proper insurance coverage is available to cover loss or damage for orders shipped outside of the US. Arbitrago offers no warranty service for orders shipped Internationally.  All International orders are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All vendor warranties are considered null and void without exception.

You may also prefer to have Arbitrago ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing. Arbitrago is not affiliated with any freight forwarder and offers no guarantee of service.

Shipping methods for backordered items

If your entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled.  If items are temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust it to exclude the backordered item or cancel the order. The total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

Special orders, Customer orders and Direct Ship items

Special orders, Customer orders and Direct Ship purchases are not in stock and will ship in approximately 2 (two) to 6 (six) weeks from the time of order. Combining Special Order items with merchandise that is in stock on orders will cause a delay in the shipping of the order until all of the items have arrived and are available for shipping.
